The client faced the daunting task of managing content scattered across various platforms and vendors, with no cohesive content management strategy in place. Furthermore, their training development process lacked a clear corporate strategy and end-user engagement, resulting in low participation rates in newly created training programs.

McGarity Consulting Group stepped in to conduct a comprehensive content audit, identifying the location, ownership, and nature of all content. Based on the audit, we recommended the implementation of a Learning Management System (LMS) and a content management platform. We also offered to create and incorporate a corporate LMS strategy, along with overall corporate training process documentation. As a training vendor, we collaborated with the organization to create in-house training that was manageable, editable, and easily accessible.
